Love Raid formed during the middle of 2008 and made forays to Chicago music venues under various assumed names until finally emerging in early 2009.

Justin Petertil (guitar, piano, vocals) and Seth Vanek (drum set, glockenspiel, vocals) have been collaborating on musical projects for over 10 years and are joined by longtime friend and recordist Gerard Barreto (bass guitar, vocals) for this venture. OFFICE frontman Scott Masson also occasionally appears to add wonderful extra flavors.

Love Raid is based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago IL and is embarking on a steady schedule of performance and recording in early 2009. (read less)
